My son was begging me for strawberry ice cream, so I made him this version from my old recipe. We made a very low sweet version with only a 1/4 cup xylitol - also because too much xylitol can affect you .. in an unpleasant way. It's delicious and fresh tasting, and my son loved it. Pictured with a gluten free ice cream cone, which probably negates the sugar-free aspect of the ice cream, ha!
